ALBERT BEHIN:

Albert Behin is the Director of New Development Lending and the manager of HOME (Home Owners Mortgage) in Manhattan. HOME is a subsidiary of NJ Lenders Corporation, the largest privately held mortgage bank in New Jersey. Since 2002 as one of New York City's top mortgage originators, Albert has structured, funded and sold over $400 million in residential mortgage whole loans.. While at HOME, Albert created the ADA (Associated Developers Alliance), a comprehensive solution for developers to ensure end-user financing.

Albert was the co-founder of and the national director of sales for Yada Yada inc., an organization of 85 employees with venture backing of $27 million from private and institutional investors. In 2001 Yada Yada inc. was the third largest independent wireless ISP in the U.S.

Albert received a BBA in finance at The George Washington University in 1998 and a Masters Degree in real estate development from New York University in 2003.

RAJ K. BHATIA

Raj is the founder of Renwick Real Estate, LLC, and Renwick Capital Partners, LLC - both Real Estate Development and Investment Companies. Since inception in 1996, Renwick Real Estate, LLC has acquired and developed in excess of $80 million in the NYC Residential Real Estate market located primarily on the Upper West and Upper East Side of Manhattan. In 2000, Raj purchased 103 acres in Southbury CT (1 hour and 15 minutes from NYC) and is focusing on the development of Willow Creek Estates, a private equestrian community surrounding the reknowned Willow Creek Farm, equestrian center, opened in 2003. The property has recently received Sub-division approval for 25 lots and is being marketed by Sotheby’s International Realty, and William Raveis and Company.

Raj has been featured in multiple publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Observer, Bloomberg Personal, India Abroad, Inc. Magazine, Hampton's Magazine, Crains New York Business, The Industry Standard, Silicon India, Entrepreneur's Business Start Ups, Entertainment Weekly, USA Today's Technology Lane, Interactive Media and Marketing, Investment Dealers Digest, The Absolute Sound, Stereophile Magazine, and the Columbia Business School Alumni Magazine. He's also been a guest on CNBC's Street Signs with Ron Insana and CNNfn's Entrepreneurs Only with Tony Guida. More recently, Willow Creek Farm and Estates has been profiled in Voices Newspaper, The Republican American, The Litchfield County Times and the Newtown Bee. And now with Mortgage Strategies, Raj and Albert have been featured multiple times on Fox Business New's Scoreboard with David Asman and National Public Radio (NPR).

Raj is an instrument rated private pilot, a licensed amateur radio operator, and an avid squash player. He also enjoys fly-fishing and golf. Raj was born in London England, raised in Northern New Jersey, and resides both in Manhattan’s Lincoln Center area and Southbury, CT with his sons Remy and Jesse.

Raj is a 1987 graduate of Lehigh University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and a 1995 MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
